Fees¶
Every trade on clusterz pays our fee. A quarter of it comes straight back to you as cashback. On top of that you pay what the network and the pool charge, same as anywhere else.
Here is every cost, line by line.
Where your SOL goes¶
A Live trade costs you two things:
- The clusterz fee. A small percentage of the trade, paid in SOL. A quarter of it comes back to you as cashback.
- Network and pool costs. What Solana and the pool charge on any trade, wherever you place it. Not ours.
Our fee rides inside the same transaction as your swap. It lands with the trade or not at all. Trade fails, we get nothing. Your wallet signs it. We never hold your funds.
Before you hit Buy, the buy panel on the token page shows the Fee, your Cashback on it and the All in total. On the phone buy sheet it is one line: "All in, with the 1% fee" and the total. No fee on the trade, no lines.
Our fee¶
| Trade | Fee |
|---|---|
| A buy you place yourself | 1% |
| A sell of a position that holds any buy you placed yourself | 1% |
| An automated buy (a copy or a snipe) | 0.2% |
| A sell of a position opened only by copies or snipes | 0.2% |
- Buy: the fee is a percentage of the SOL you put into the swap, added on top.
- Sell: it is a percentage of the minimum SOL the sell is set to return, after your Max price move setting.
- The rate follows the position, not the button. Add to a copied position by hand and its sells pay 1% from then on.
- The fee never goes above 1% of a trade. Ever.
No deposit fee. No withdrawal fee.
Cashback¶
25% of every fee you pay goes straight to your Rewards wallet, in the same transaction. On a 1% fee that is 0.25% of the trade. On a 0.2% fee it is 0.05%.
Your first cashback on a buy also opens your Rewards wallet. The network wants a small minimum balance sitting in it, so that buy moves the minimum from your own SOL into your Rewards wallet. Still your SOL.
Every account gets cashback. Claim it into your Main wallet from Rewards whenever you want. The claim costs only the network fee. See Rewards and referrals.
The network's cut¶
None of this comes to us. It goes to the network or the pool:
- Solana network fee. The base fee plus a priority fee that helps the trade land. Both are small fixed SOL amounts, not a percentage of the trade.
- Speed tip. Optional. Turn Speed on in your trade settings and each Live trade you place adds a tip so it lands faster, up to 0.01 SOL. Off by default. Copies and snipes set their own tip in their setup. See Buying and selling.
- The pool's own fee. Every pool takes its own trading fee. On pump.fun it is about 1.25% on each buy and each sell.
- Token account rent. First time you buy a token, the network holds a deposit of about 0.002 SOL for its token account. Sell to zero and the account closes and the deposit comes back with the proceeds. Empty accounts lying around? Reclaim rent gets it back. See Funding your wallet.
Copies and snipes¶
Small buys get eaten alive by fixed costs. So the copy and snipe setup tells you what costs take from each trade before you save.
The line under Per trade adds it all up: the tip on the buy and the sell, pump.fun's 1.25% pool fee each way and our fee each way. It reads "Costs take about X% of each trade." Go under 0.25 SOL per trade and the line turns amber: "Under 0.25 SOL, costs eat about X% of each trade." Real example: 0.1 SOL per trade with the default 0.001 SOL tip, costs come to about 5%.
The copy setup tells you what fees eat from a small buy. Before you find out the hard way.
Withdrawals and claims¶
Sending SOL out of your wallet, or claiming rewards into your Main wallet, costs only the Solana network fee: 0.000005 SOL per signature. The form shows it before you send. That is it.
Practice¶
Practice trades use practice money and never touch your wallet. Play money with zero costs lies to you. So to keep results honest, every practice fill eats a simulated 0.5% swap cost on each buy and each sell, plus 0.0002 SOL per side for the network priority fee and tip. No fake wins. See Practice and Live.
Don't bleed on fees¶
- Leave P&L after fees on in your trade settings. Your P&L counts every fee and shows a break-even line. You know where you actually stand.
- Size copies and snipes at 0.25 SOL or more. Below that, the tip and fixed costs eat a big share of each trade.
- Keep Speed off unless trades are landing late. On means the tip gets paid on every Live trade you place, buy and sell.
- Run Reclaim rent after a busy day in the trenches. Grab back the deposits sitting on empty token accounts.
- Claim your cashback now and then. On an active account it stacks up.
