Copy Trade¶
You can't stare at every wallet all day. We tried. It cost us sleep and bags.
And by the time a call hits your feed, the dev and his friends already bought. You are the exit.
Copy Trade buys automatically when a trader or a list of traders buys, or when a dev launches or buys. The fast ways are built to buy in the same block as them, not seconds later. Your size, your exits, your daily loss limit.
What actually happens¶
You pick who to copy and how. They buy, clusterz buys for you. Then it sells by the rules you set.
Copies run on our server, not your laptop. Close the tab, they keep buying and selling. Go to sleep.
Copy Trade sits in the top bar once you sign in. Three tabs: Top traders, My copies and History.
Copies follow your mode. Practice buys with play money. Live buys from your Copy wallet, kept apart from your Main wallet, so a copy never spends from your Main wallet. The server holds the Copy wallet so copies can buy while you sleep. SOL in it can only go back to your own wallets.
There is no separate Snipe page. Sniping lives right here, as a way to copy:
- Their first buy, fastest on a trader.
- Only when 2 or more of their wallets buy in the same block on a list, or your own picked wallets.
- A dev: the top grade A devs, or the devs you pick, on launch.
On screen these are all copies. We call them fast, together and dev copies below, the same words the app uses when you hit their limit.
Find a trader¶
Top traders: ranked by what copying them made. Not by who shouts loudest.
The number that matters is Per copy: what a copy made per trade. Not what he says he made.
Every row also shows They made, Win rate, Trades, Avg hold, Copiers and Copiers made. Chips cut the list down: Trading now, Rising, Most copied, Copier results. Filters adds Show (All, Worth a look, Copyable), Style, Hide and Min trades.
Want a whole crew at once? Lists holds groups of traders you copy as one.
A trader page: their record and the best way to copy them.
Open a trader and you get A copy per trade, They made, Win rate, Avg hold and Best way. Below that, How to copy: what each way would have made buying in the same block as him, and buying half a second late. All after costs, at 0.1 SOL per buy. Real numbers, not vibes.
A trader making bank is not the same as you making bank copying him. When a record is thin or weak, the page and the setup tell you straight:
- Too few trades.
- Not proven, with the range a copy could make.
- Not copyable: a copy would have lost money, a copy buys too late, or Live copiers lost money.
For a trader that is not copyable, the button reads Copy anyway. Your call.
Start a copy¶
Start a new copy of a trader, a list or a dev.
- Press Copy on a trader's row or page, or New copy in My copies.
- Pick A trader, A list or A dev, then who. Switching between the three keeps your amount per buy and your daily loss limit.
- Pick how it buys, then set the size, the Exits and the Daily loss limit.
- Press Start copying.
A toast confirms it, for example "Copying grade A devs in Practice."
Copy setup: how to copy, size, daily loss limit and exits.
A trader¶
Search Search a trader, @handle or address, or paste any wallet address to copy it. Then How to copy:
- First buy, sell when they sell: sells the same share they sell.
- First buy, sell after 20 s: sells 20 s after your buy, whatever they do.
- Their first buy, fastest: "Buys in the same block as them, sells by your exits." This is the fast copy. It watches their wallets, up to 20 of them. Already running a fastest copy of that trader? You get that one back, not a duplicate.
A copy starts on their first buy of each token. Every buy and sell shows up for comparison, but you can't pick it. Whichever way did best wears the Best way tag, and we pick it for you.
A list¶
Search Search a list and pick one. Then When to buy:
- Any of them buys: each trader copied the way that did best.
- Only when 2 or more of their wallets buy in the same block: the together copy. It watches the list's clusters and buys when that many of their wallets buy in one block. One wallet is noise. Several in one block is a cluster loading up.
A together copy freezes the list as it is today, and its name carries the day. Edit the list later and the copy doesn't hear about it.
Rather pick your own wallets? Press Or pick your own wallets ("Any wallets or X accounts, bought together") and search Find a wallet or X account (name or address). Up to 20 wallets. A together copy takes up to 20 clusters.
A dev¶
Copy a dev: the top grade A devs, or just the ones you trust.
You land on Copy a dev: pump.fun devs sorted by grade. Each row shows the grade, how many tokens they launched and how many bonded. Most devs launch trash. The grade tells you which ones don't.
- All grade A devs is the first row: "Joins and leaves as grades change." Devs are graded A to D on their launches over the last 14 days. Under 3 launches, no grade. Grade A is the top 10%: devs whose launches most often keep climbing after the first seconds instead of topping out at once. The list updates every hour. The copy buys the 50 best-ranked grade A devs you haven't skipped.
- Only want certain devs? Search Find a dev (name or address) and press Pick on each one, up to 50 devs.
The setup¶
A together copy: their first buy or any buy, and how many wallets in one block.
When (fast, together and dev copies)¶
- Traders, clusters and wallets: Their first buy (only their first buy of a token) or Any buy.
- Devs: Launch (the moment the token is created) or The dev's first buy.
- Clusters and wallets also get Only buy when this many of their wallets buy in the same block, from 1 to 20. A list's together copy starts at 2.
Per trade¶
A copy of a trader:
- Fixed amount: the same SOL every buy. Default 0.1 SOL, from 0.01 SOL to 100 SOL.
- Share of their buy: 0.01% to 1000% of what they spend (chips for 5%, 10%, 25%, 50% and 100%), capped by Max per trade. Starts at 10% with a 0.5 SOL cap, and shows an example like "They buy 2 SOL, you buy 0.2 SOL."
Share of their buy, capped by your max per trade. Their whale size, your size.
With a share of their buy, Add when they add buys again when they add to the same token: Off, 1, 3 or 5 times (starts at 3). With Off you buy once per token.
Fast, together and dev copies take a fixed Per buy: pick an amount or type your own, 0.01 SOL to 100 SOL. Starts at 0.1 SOL.
Under the size, one line says what costs take from each trade: "Costs take about N% of each trade." That counts the Jito tip on the buy and the sell, pump.fun's fee (about 1.25%) each way, and the clusterz fee on each side. Go below 0.25 SOL and the line turns amber. Costs eat a big share down there. Small buys bleed.
Exits¶
Each exit is a switch with its own value. Whichever hits first, it sells. No diamond hands, no hoping.
| Exit | Choices |
|---|---|
| Take profit | +25%, +50%, +100%, +200%, or type 5% to 10,000% |
| Stop loss | -15%, -30%, -50%, or type 1% to 95% |
| Sell after (your max hold) | 10 s, 20 s, 60 s, 5 min, or type up to 30 days for a copy of a trader, up to 24 hours for fast, together and dev copies |
| Sell when they sell / Sell when the dev sells | Sells the same share they sell |
Where they start:
- A copy of a trader: take profit +25%, stop loss -50%, sell after 30 minutes. Plus selling when they sell, if your way does.
- A dev copy: take profit +100%, no timer.
- A fast or together copy: Sell after 20 s.
The line under the exits spells it out, like "Sells when they sell, at +25% or at -50%, whichever comes first." or "Sells at +100%." On a fast or together copy the timer counts from their buy. On a dev copy it counts from the launch or the dev's first buy, whichever you picked under When.
No bag rides forever:
- A copy that doesn't sell with them needs at least one exit. One that sells with them, with every other exit off, still sells after 30 minutes or at -50%.
- A fast, together or dev copy cannot start without an exit ("Pick at least one exit."). It sells only by these exits plus two safety rules that always run: a sell when the pool is drained, and a rule for sells that keep failing. Your exits from Trade settings don't touch it. See Exits.
Daily loss limit¶
Your circuit breaker. Once sold positions lose the amount you set, buying stops for the day. The line reads like "Stops for the day at -0.25 SOL. Resets 00:00 UTC."
A copy of a trader or a list starts at 0.5 SOL. A copied list gets one limit for the whole list. Fast, together and dev copies start at 0.25 SOL. Open positions still sell by their exits.
Guards¶
Skip repeat names and Mayhem tokens. Same dev, same name, same rug.
On fast, together and dev copies:
- Skip repeat names: "Skips a launch when the same dev launched that name in the last 24 hours." Dev copies on Launch only.
- Skip Mayhem tokens: skips tokens where pump.fun's own bot sells into the curve from the first seconds. Off by default.
- Skipped devs (All grade A devs only, in More settings): paste a dev's address and press Skip this dev, up to 50. Got burned by one? Press Never copy this dev on the page of a position that copy opened.
More settings¶
More settings: slippage, tip, filters and limits.
Press More settings at the bottom of the setup. Mostly the same knobs on both kinds, different starting points.
| Setting | Copy of a trader | Fast, together, dev |
|---|---|---|
| Name, up to 24 characters | Named after who it copies | |
| Max open, 1 to 50 | 5 | 3 |
| Max buys per hour, 1 to 500 | 30 | 20 |
| Trailing stop, 1% to 95% off the high | Off | Off |
| Keep moonbag, 0% to 50% kept when an exit sells ("A stop loss sells all of it.") | 0% | 0% |
| Slippage | 20% | 20% |
| Jito tip, "Paid on each buy and each sell.", 0.0001 to 0.01 SOL | 0.001 SOL | 0.001 SOL |
| Skip if later than, 0.1 to 120 s after their buy | 3 s | 2 s |
| Min their buy (copy), Min first buy or Min dev buy (fast, together, dev), in SOL | 0.05 SOL | 0 |
| Market cap min and max, in USD | Off | Off |
| Age min and max | Off | |
| First seconds only: buys only tokens younger than this, up to 24 hours | Off | |
| Curve min and max: bonding curve progress, 0% to 100% | Off | |
| Venue: Any, Pump curve only, Migrated only | Any | Any |
| Skip a token when: Dev holds a lot, Bundled, Many snipers, Top 10 hold a lot | None | None |
| Skip a token when, also: Can be frozen, More can be minted | None |
Your trader aped a bundle? You don't have to. Tick any Skip a token when box and your copy walks past that token.
On fast, together and dev copies, every filter you set needs a real number. If a token's market cap, age, curve, venue or Mayhem status is not known yet when it triggers, the copy skips it. We don't guess with your SOL.
Copy in Live¶
- Switch to Live. See Practice and Live.
- No Copy wallet yet? The setup says "No Copy wallet yet. Create one to buy in Live." Press Create Copy wallet.
- Add SOL to the Copy wallet. See Funding your wallet. Buys that don't fit its balance are skipped, and each buy leaves at least 0.003 SOL in it for network costs.
The first copy you start in Live asks you to confirm. After that, your account doesn't ask again. You see your Copy wallet, its balance and the clusterz fee on each buy and sell, and you press Start copying again. Copies pay the lower fee for automated trades. See Fees.
Limits¶
- Up to 10 traders and 10 lists at once.
- Up to 5 fast, together and dev copies at once, counted apart: "You can run 5 fast, together or dev copies at once. Stop one to add another."
- A fast, together or dev copy skips a token you already hold in Practice, or one a fast, together or dev copy already holds in Live.
- The daily loss limit counts losses on sold positions only. Once reached, the copy shows Limit hit and buys again after 00:00 UTC.
My copies¶
My copies: every copy you run, with its P&L. Printing or cooked, it's all here.
Every copy you run, in one place. Grouped under Traders, Lists and Devs, with open positions, Closed today and Stopped below. Dev copies sit under Devs. A fast copy of one trader sits under Traders. Together copies and your own picked wallets sit under Lists.
Each row wears a tag: Copying, Off, Paused, Limit hit, or Paused with a count of failed buys. Flip a copy off and on from its row.
- Open a copy to see its P&L and trades, and to Edit, Stop or Resume it. Hit Save changes after an edit: "Applies to new buys. Open positions keep their exits."
- Pause copies stops all buying. Open positions still sell by their exits.
- Sell on an open position sells 25%, 50%, 75% or All at market. Selling All, you can keep 1% to 50% of it.
- Stop ends new buys. If it still holds positions bought with real SOL, you choose: keep them or sell them now. Stopped copies move to Stopped, where Copy again sets it up again.
- A copy pauses after 3 buys in a row fail the same way, and shows under Needs you with the reason. Press Resume as it was, take a suggested fix like more slippage, or press Edit settings.
History¶
The receipts. Every position your copies opened in the last 30 days.
Filter by All, Traders, Lists or Devs, and by All results, Won, Lost or Failed buys. You get realised P&L for 30 days, win rate, drawdown and a 7-day P&L calendar. No hiding the losers.
Before you send it¶
- Run a new copy in Practice first. Same live market, play money, and Practice fills include trading costs, so the result is a fair guide. No fantasy fills.
- Keep buys at 0.25 SOL or more where you can. Below that, fixed costs take a big share of each trade.
- Keep Skip if later than short. A buy that lands well after theirs is you buying their top, so let it skip.
- On dev copies on Launch, turn on Skip repeat names. Some devs relaunch the same name over and over. Don't fund the loop.
- Pick Copied in Discover to see the tokens your traders are in right now.
- Set the daily loss limit to what you're fine losing in one day. Not a lamport more. Size up once the results hold up.
